The crucial importance of trust between team members, allowing shared leadership. The risk related to excessive groupthink and its potential negative impact. Fundamental need-to-know topics on communication and body language.

• The importance of the trust factor linked to its related elements, and required steps to enhance team cohesiveness.
• Group thinking, its risks, and an introduction to the “Arrogant Asshole” rule.
• Studying and mastering the conflict handling styles.
• Understanding the levels of human development and what drives people these days.
• Three ways to read the outside world and the four basic communication types.
• Some pitfalls in communication and how to avoid them.
• Understanding body language, key facial expressions, energetic expressions, and body gestures..

Duration & Dates

• This is a 3-day training.
• Starting at 09.00 am till 17.00 pm. Precise dates, per period can be found on our website.
• The training material is in English. The training however is given in the Dutch language.

Location

We try to use a training location in the center of the regions where the trainees come from.

Payment Condition
